2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”).

3. We respect the right to privacy and ensure the security of data. A secure SSL communication protocol is used and personal data is stored on secured servers.

4. Personal data provided in the contact form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

 II. Administration of Personal Data

1.  Coffee Break is the controller of customer data. If a user uses contact forms on our website or sends emails to Coffee Break employees, we process data such as: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, address, IP address, company name, tax identification number (NIP) and other data provided by the User. The controller does not process special categories of data.

2. Personal data is processed:

  • in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
  • in accordance with the implemented Personal Data Security Policy,
  • to the extent necessary to establish, perform, modify or terminate agreements and services provided electronically,
  • to fulfill legitimate interests provided that such processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
  • for purposes resulting from the specific form (e.g., commercial contact).

3. Data is collected only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

4. Each person whose data is processed has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 10. Coffee Break may use profiling in order to analyze relationships with users, prepare statistics and conduct marketing of products and services.

  • processing entities cooperating with Coffee Break (e.g. IT or technical service providers),
  • public authorities such as courts, police or regulators when required by law or for the protection of rights.

 12. User data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area by default.

 13. Our website may contain social media features such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube buttons which may collect information such as IP address and browsing history.

 14. Data used for marketing purposes will be processed until the user withdraws consent.

 15. Data related to contracts or services will be processed for the duration of the service and afterwards only when permitted by law (e.g. for accounting or claims purposes).

  • Google Ads

a) Description of the tool

We use Google Ads to draw your attention to our offer through advertising materials placed on external websites. Based on the above data, we can assess our marketing potential based on the advertising measures used. Advertising materials are delivered by Google using so-called “Ad Servers.” For this purpose, we use server cookies. If you access our websites via a Google ad, Google Ads will store cookies on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used to identify you personally. We do not collect or process any personal data based on the above advertising measures. We only obtain statistical data from Google Ads. Based on these analyses, we are able to assess which of the advertising measures we use are particularly effective. Furthermore, in this regard, the IP anonymization function is active, which “masks” part of your IP address to prevent it from being linked to a specific person.

b) Google Ads remarketing

We use the remarketing feature in Google Ads services, which is used to display our ads to users who have visited our Website. The ads are displayed on various websites. Google Ads stores the number of users who visit specific Google services or websites on the Google Display Network. This number, known as cookies, is used to record visits by these users.   • DoubleClick

We use DoubleClick, a tool belonging to Google Inc. (“Google”), to evaluate User activity on the Website and then display our ads on other websites belonging to the advertising network of our external providers.   • Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel analytics tool to carry out marketing activities on Facebook and measure their effectiveness. The plugin provider stores the data collected about the user as a user profile and uses it for advertising, market research, and to tailor its website to demand. This analysis is primarily carried out to present demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about activity on our websites.
