A complete barista course preparing you to work in a café at any level of advancement.A comprehensive training program covering coffee knowledge, familiarity with coffee bar equipment, operation of espresso machines, brewing espresso and espresso-based beverages, as well as the basics of latte art. The course also provides a thorough overview of alternative brewing methods, complete with practical exercises. The curriculum is based on years of experience in cafés and specialty coffee roasteries.
This original course will allow participants to gain both foundational and advanced knowledge of espresso machine operation and delve into the theoretical aspects of coffee, which are applied during practical sessions. Each participant will receive comprehensive training materials on coffee-related topics to keep and refer back to, both during and after the course, to reinforce their learning.
During the training, we work exclusively with leading brands of coffee machines and grinders. The specialized equipment used by professional cafés ensures participants become familiar with the tools and are well-prepared to begin working in a café immediately.

Saturday – Sunday. For whom? You want to become a barista! You’ll learn how to use a professional espresso machine and how to brew the perfect espresso. You’ll gain the skill of steaming milk in a way suitable for applying latte art techniques. You’ll discover how to prepare the most popular drinks from a café menu and acquire information about coffee and the journey it takes from farm to cup.
Current and verified knowledge based on experiences from working in the finest cafés.

Saturday – Sunday For whom? You are a barista who knows how to operate a pressure espresso machine and want to expand into brewing using alternative methods. Basic knowledge of coffee is not enough for you and you want to better understand what shapes the flavor profile of coffee. You aspire to create recipes for different beans yourself and want to better understand a number of nuances that affect the final effect in the cup (such as water quality, hardware configuration, etc.). Develop yourself in coffee according to the standards of high-quality coffee – Specialty.
